Barbecue Grills and our Insurance

In order to be in compliance with our HOA’s insurance policy, we ask that all residents adhere to the following guidelines when using their barbeque grills:

• Never position your barbecue grill under your porch structure or beneath your building's eaves/overhangs.
• Keep your barbecue grill as far away from any combustible structures as possible.
• Never leave your barbecue grill unattended.
• Keep a water hose attached to your patio facet and within easy reach when using your barbecue grill.
• Have a functional fire extinguisher within easy access of the barbecue grill at all times.
