The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is an advisory committee* to the VALHOA Board of Directors. The main purpose of the ACC is to help the BoD decide if an architectural change Any change to the exterior of the owner's unit or lot (or adjacent units and lots) including, but not limited to, landscaping, attachments, improvements, construction, and alterations. request should be approved or denied. Based on the VALHOA Rules and Regulations, Bylaws, Covenants and Declarations, the ACC will make one of two recommendations to the VAL BoD concerning architectural change requests: to approve the request, or to disapprove the request.
